Are the results scientific? +
The scoring uses standard breed attributes (apartment-friendliness, exercise needs, grooming, kid/pet compatibility) drawn from the same dataset that powers our breed guides. It's a heuristic, not a vet recommendation — use it to discover candidates, then read the full breed guides to confirm the right fit.
Can I retake the quiz? +

Why didn't I get a popular breed I expected? +
Popular breeds often score lower than you'd guess for specific lifestyles. A French Bulldog isn't ideal for a hiker; a Border Collie isn't ideal for a sedentary apartment owner. The quiz prioritises fit over fame.
